Hoverboard Prototype Created at Université Paris Diderot
Scientists at the Université Paris Diderot have released a video of their prototype hoverboard. Well at least it looks like a hoverboard, but it seems far off from being completed.
Is the world is finally ready for the Back to the Future hoverboard? The technology used to power the hoverboards is called Quantum Trapping. Quantum levitation and quantum trapping are being used as effective superconductors. The Superconductivity Group from the School of Physics and Astronomy at Tel Aviv University were the first to use it efficiently.
