Spielberg Fired Megan Fox From Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Will Transformers: Dark of the Moon succeed without Megan Fox? Honestly, it’ll probably be the same movie with or without her, but it’s an undeniable fact Megan Fox is haaaawt. That alone is the reason many men sighed aloud when the news that Fox was not going to be in the upcoming Transformers flick.

I’ve always been a tad curious about what transpired. Fox is a well known starlet, so why fire her if she brings men to theaters? Well the question has been answered.

Michael Bay told GQ magazine that it was actually Steven Spielberg himself who demanded the dismissal of Megan Fox, after she compared Bay to Hitler. Bay says that Spielberg (who is an executive producer on the film) told the director to “fire her right now” after Fox made the Hitler remarks to a British magazine last year.

I back Spielberg on this one 100%. There’s no reason to call anyone Hitler in public, even if Fox was only joking. Fox needed to learn this lesson about keeping her mouth shut, and not telling the press everything that’s on ones mind.

Fox ‘s exact words to the magazine were “He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is.” This was said just before the third movie went into production.

The 25-year-old actress was replaced by Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in “Transformers: Dark of the Moon,” which opens next week.
